Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time: US orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days once dispatched, so 3 to 6 business days in total. Items ship from a United States fulfilment warehouse. Delivery to the UK, Canada and Australia may take longer.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Free shipping applies to the SOLV Electric Spin Scrubber and SOLV Replacement Brush Heads.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. Where tracking is provided by our fulfilment partner, the tracking number is included in that email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Delays: Deliveries are occasionally delayed by carrier backlogs, severe weather or public holidays. These delays are outside our control, but if your order is running noticeably late please contact us and we will chase it up with the carrier for you.

Incorrect addresses: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before dispatch if you contact us quickly. We cannot recover parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help.

Lost or missing parcels: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, check with neighbours and your building manager first, then contact us at ruebenkaa007@gmail.com. If it cannot be located we will replace or refund your order.
