This website is operated by SOLV. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to SOLV. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Online store terms. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  2. 2. General conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

However we do not warrant that all content on this site is error free, complete or current. Specifications are supplied by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners and may be updated without notice.
  4. 4. Products and pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your display will show them accurately. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.
  5. 5. Billing and account information. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. In the event of a pricing or availability error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  6. 6. Third party fulfilment. Our products are dispatched by third party fulfilment partners. We remain responsible to you for your order, including delivery, returns and warranty, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to collect the personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any non excludable rights under your local consumer law.

  12. 12. Governing law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. This does not remove any non excludable consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
